For Agencies

The MLSA is an industry-wide, agency to agency platform, where we can work together and overcome today’s staffing industry challenges. Based on the real estate industry’s MLS model, the MLSA allows members to post job openings, access new clients, and increase their candidate pools. The result: greater sales, greater profits, and satisfied clients!

To join MLSA, simply sign up on our website by creating an account. Choose the membership plan that best fits your needs and start leveraging our platform!

MLSA is an industry-wide network consisting of healthcare, aerospace, IT, engineering, pharmaceuticals, consulting, and so much more! Our diverse network ensures you can find the right candidates for any job.

Agencies have an unlimited number of jobs they can upload.

Agencies have an unlimited number of candidates they can upload. We do ask that they are fully vetted candidates with accurate and up-to-date profile information.

Yes, the MLSA uses a split fee model. This model represents a transformative approach to recruitment, fostering collaboration among agencies to fill positions more efficiently and expand access to a wider pool of talent and opportunities.

The other agency is bound contractually with you to share the agreed upon placement fee. If they do not comply, they are in breach, and you have legal recourse to recover your share of the fee. This event should be reported to MLSA. Additionally, MLSA has a rating system by which interactions with other agencies will be graded. MLSA will monitor the ratings and take administrative action to minimize low-rated agencies. A low rating will be a disincentive for agencies to accept business from the low-rated agency.

Agencies are encouraged to amicably resolve any disputes without resorting to legal action. Agency to Agency contracts will be in place to address these issues. As Trust is a key factor in any enterprise, MLSA will remove any agency found to be consistently abusing the system and in bad standing.

Yes. Once you sign up, an MLSA representative will contact you to set up your training session. Once the training session is complete, the materials will be available for you to refer to whenever you need. Additionally, you will be provided direct contact information to your MLSA representative should other questions or concerns come up.

Yes. Your proprietary information is confidential and secure. MLSA will not share or disclose your information. Confidentiality Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements will be in place with all Agencies.

Any job seeker who is represented by an Agency can apply. The Agencies will vet job seekers and ensure that they are quality candidates who meet the criteria of open positions. The Agency’s success in vetting job candidates will be reflected in peer ratings via MLSA’s rating system.

The Agencies are tasked with vetting and pre-qualifying candidates. This step ensures that only quality candidates are put forward and that your time is well spent. An Agency which consistently proposes poorly qualified candidates will be subject to a potentially low rating by peer Agencies via MLSA’s rating system.

Information visible to other Agencies will be controlled by you. You may disclose whatever level of detail you choose.

You may post as many jobs as you wish. Jobs will be displayed in the MLSA system for 14 days before they expire and are removed. You may re-post these jobs after they expire. This “Sunset” provision prevents MLSA’s system from being cluttered with un-fillable jobs and ensures that MLSA job postings are current and in tune with the marketplace.

Jobs will be displayed in the MLSA system for 14 days before they expire and are removed. The agency with whom you collaborate may manually repost these jobs after they expire.

Once a candidate is submitted, the Agency representing the candidate will contact you and work directly with you to achieve a successful placement. Placement fee share percentages will be mutually agreed upon at this stage by Agency-to-Agency contract.
